Hi,

I've tried with a few LIT books conversion to both MOBI and EPUB and noticed that it's much more likely that the EPUB ones will still have the TOC than the MOBI ones.

Just wondering if this was a generally known issue. I'm trying to teach myself xpath but not finding the documentation really helpful - eg if I want to do chapters based on UPPERCASE how on earth do I do it.
