Just finished reading The Lions of Lucerne by Brad Thor.
I had never heard of Brad Thor before being reccomended by Cassidym in another thread as of similar genre to Vince Flyn.

Survivor of Secret Service presidential protection team searches for kidnappers who abducted the US President. He himself becomes framed and hunted by the SS and kidnappers.

Whilst the story line is nothing original, (superhero saves the civilised world, Thor, Flynn, Ludlum Child et al.), it is a story line I enjoy. At my age I read now mainly to be entertained, which this book most certainly did. Maybe a little verbose in some places and a little lacking in others but I would still rate it at 3 to 4 stars of 5.

Brad Thor is certainly now on my to read list.
