Exactly. Including any book that has it's own rebate, with one restriction: if the books purchased with micropay have a 35% or higher rebate, you don't get any rebate at all on those titles (ie, can't use micropay to buy more 100% rebate books, recycling the money endlessly into new titles). If the rebate is 30% or less, you do get the discount, even paying with micropay. DRM free titles are discounted off the list price during sales, no rebates, so you always get the discount, no matter what the payment method is (and all magazines are in the DRM free section).

It's immediate - but as a credit to your account, after your credit card is charged. You could, if you think you'll never use the company again, ask to close your account and have a refund check/credit card charge issued (it says so in their help). But, you can also leave it there and use it later on other books during one of their sales.
