Okay, let me try this again.

1) Is the only way to get the input file by using those three dashes?
2) If not, can I just input it myself, and if I did so would I have to use the full pathname (in my case it's c:\python26\book.epub)?
3) How can one find the output file using the three dashes if the output file hasn't been generated yet?

I can tell that I am not getting something quite obvious. Which is not surprising since I'm not computer savvy at all. I'm probably not going away until I get this figured out, so be forewarned I could become a pest.
