rushed
Well this is their first product and I think they might have rushed things a bit? I am not sure, I know they had a delay due to software issues. They might also have been pushing the release because of the other ereaders coming up for sale in the next few months.
On the bright side I got a email from them promptly this morning saying that they would be sending me a new one, and that I would be contacted about returning the current one (which I was DHL pick up already arranged for tomorrow).
The good thing is that in general when I have emailed support, and I think others have had this experience as well, that they are pretty quick to respond.
So hopefully my new one will arrive fairly quickly. I am also hoping that they will come out with a new software update to fix a couple of things (not huge stuff but some stuff is not as user friendly as it could be).
