A big bouquet to Pan MacMillan - I recently downloaded a copy of Norman Davis' "Rising '44" and was disappointed to discover that all the accented letters were incorrectly displayed. After contacting Pan MacMillan, the problem was fixed within a few days. What is also most cheering is the evidence that they are pursuing the problem through their production chain to find out where the bad things are happening.
