Manually.
Copy paste the whole quoted text as many times as the number of separate quotes you want to have and edit the enclosed text in each one of the quotes by keeping only the part of the text you want to comment.
Do not delete the quote boudaries ([ quote=..] at the beginning and [/quote] at the end).
I think you can also have nested quotes with a little more effort...
