Thanks Sony_fox; as I understand it SD cards are available up to a max of 4GB (though I've never seen any above 2GB) but SDHC (SD High Capacity) cards can go all the way up to 32GB. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the Sony's SDHC slot can support that maximum but maybe I'm misinformed.
