I have a cool-er, it froze twice and resetting it didnt do a thing. I just left it overnight... plugged in into my computer and pressed the reset a million times. it finally did. This happened twice. Better not happen again
Along with the battery indicator being way off and the device being overall finicky... Im thinking about returning it.
BTW, I have a mac, and it did create those annoying blank folders. As said, I also had trouble "ejecting" it. It would reappear. I would have to eject it and quickly removing the usb.
Also, for anyone else... the three font choices are all the same. I would change them... but they all appear the same. In some of the review pictures... I see fonts that look like ariel being used for the ebook Ulysses. For cool-er people, are all the font choices the same for you. In other words... when I go to change a font... it says that I did... but the font looks exactly the same.
And... The smallest font size is too small... and the second smallest is to big for my liking. I wish they had a 1.5.
