At home, ill. Annoyed that because of all the unnecessary fuss about swine flu I'm trying to work out whether I've got it or not. Apparently people at work have it. Or may have had it. Or something like that.
Anyway it doesn't really matter what's wrong. What matters is that it hurts to move my head and I've spent most of the day kind of sleeping on the sofa. Now trying to persuade myself to get up to get some water so I can take more paracetamol.
My housemate kind of offered to stay at home and look after me (he thinks he owes me because I looked after him when he had very bad flu in January) and I told him I was fine because I didn't want him to miss his date because of me. He's really been looking forward to it and it's bad enough that this bug is spoiling my Saturday! But I would really appreciate having someone else around at the moment. Hopefully I'll get back to sleep soon
