I love your program (havnt actually got my reader yet but doing some conversion in anticipation)
I'd just like to report a small bug, it doesnt handle blank pages. Try a PDF with one blank page and in the image conversion stage it has an error saying something similar to 'no image found' Im almost certain its caused by blank pages I've tested it with two seperate PDFs with blank pages and it gets stuck each time.
