Why are seven pages of posts needed on this sillyness? Somebody without the rights to sell a book sold it via Amazon. Amazon found out an pulled the book. People synched their Kindles to Amazon where the book they should never have had no longer existed. The purchasers "damages" were the free use of a book they never should have had in the first place. Period. (Fullstop in some countries with no access to the Kindle anyway.) Done. End of story.
