I think it's pretty obvious what your agenda and motivations are.
Just because Bezos posted an apology doesn't mean that Amazon's actions were wrong. I think authors and publishers also have the right to be compensated for their work and not have poor darknet copies on thousands of Kindles because some jackass uploaded it to the Kindle store.
If anything, only thing Bezos should be apologizing for is not properly informing people of what was going on. The refund email should have explicitly stated that the book was pulled due to copyright infringement. I don't think the media/users would have jumped on it the way they did in the first place if they knew the copies in question were illegal.
This whole issue basically died out (for most people) when the official reason was confirmed/released.
