Tompe, I have been thinking....(The SWAT team and the FBI have been notified
). Everybody keeps thinking in terms of intellectual "property". I think that we should use a different term. Since it's is only a temporary grant of monopoly, we should use the term "Lease". It grasps the underlying reality better than "property", and even a politician understands what a lease is....
