There was another "poll" thread about the Connect software. Seems to be about a 50:50 split between people who have endless problems with it, and people for whom it works flawlessly. I've had absolutely no problems whatsoever with Connect. It's pretty basic, but it works perfectly for me. No "hang ups" - I drag files from Windows Explorer and it works fine.
