The PID for your Kindle is secret. You can use a python script called kindlepid.py to tell you your PID -- just input your serial number from the back of the Kindle.

I don't know which controller it has. My K1 turns pages as fast or faster than my Sony 505, and I'm told that the K2 is faster than a K1. I do know that normal .azw files page much more quickly than those in Topaz (.tpz or .azw1) format.
