Oh, it's still going strong - it was me who had to leave. My eyesight went very bad, very quickly, and the EBW1150 fonts were too small. We hobbled along for a while with buying different formats and converting them with large fonts, but that gets old very quickly.
It has a new mommy now, and is loved just as much as ever. I gave it to my best work friend / cubicle mate, who is also a bookworm. We never stop yakkity yakking, except during lunch when we both whip out our readers and eat in silence.
