Nevertheless, if people tell me what font size they want, I will do this...

Just be aware also that the dedication to King James (or whatever you call it) is smaller than the base font, so don't use that as a basis for what the rest of the bible is like.

If your talking about my bible, the ePub file does indeed has a TOC (I just downloaded and checked in the sony software).
As for the completeA_revised(v3.0).html.bz2 file - this is a bzip2 compressed file. Use a program like 7-zip to decompress it. It will decompress to a single large HTML file which you can then use to convert to other formats or alter to your needs.
