Never tried that

or this, but I heard drops of garlic oil in the ear works too. I get those all the time, but it's because I grind my teeth at night! I wake with a tight clenched jaw, ear pain, facial sensitivity to touch-- all on one side of my head & face, neck stiffness and or pain, tooth and jaw pain, and headache that no amount of ibuprofen will help! I now take a Rx med for that, which works wonders, but as soon as I run out, it all comes flooding back and I am totally worthless for days. That would've been me
last week! It started back in college, my roomate thought her alarm was going off, but it was my me grinding my teeth in my sleep. I've tried and tried, but I can't sleep with a chunk of plastic in my mouth (night guard), it makes me gag!
Anyway, I share your pain and hope you'll be feeling much better and back with us soon Geoff!
