Might be a good read but I'm not likely to find out as an ebook version is not available for those of us who don't own Kindles and/or refuse to buy at Amazon.

I don't understand why authors are so focused on Amazon and the Kindle when most of the world doesn't buy from Amazon and no one outside the U.S., and many of us inside the U.S., owns a Kindle.

Please let us know when you make your book available in formats for other readers. Thanks.
