Using the Sony software after converting in Calibre did the trick. kovidgoyal, Calibre is *awesome* and I love it - as the developer, do you have any insight as to why Calibre doesn't index the same way as the Sony software? I'd like to have Calibre be my one-stop book management solution.
I'm fairly new to this, so I'll see about EPUB format as well. Thanks for the tips everyone!
