iSilo for me, and I've used it both on Palm OS and now PocketPC (moved from a Sony Clie T615C to an ipaq 1930 a month ago, and will never look back)

Simply put, it's got heaps of features, the creator lets you grab whatever web pages you want, and is a very reasonable price (even with the current Oz exchange rate)

PocketDOS is nice too. Lets me play angband on my device as well <g>
