This leads to some funny (?) images in my mind. I see a pregnant mom [pushing] while she reads an ebook with her arms propped up on her knees. Why not, I read everywhere else (in lines, while walking, while in the restroom, and I have the Kindle talk to me while I am driving).

Then again I can see a 1-panel cartoon of the same scene. In this one a husband is standing anxiously nearby. However, instead of worrying about mommy or the baby he is staring at the reader and declaring: "be careful honey, you know how easy the screens on those things break."
