I am at an impass with my Q7 warranty. I need to return it to the manufacturer (who is in mainland China).

I was told that the address must be in Chinese characters or it will not get to them. The problem is not that I do not know how to write the characters; I can copy and paste just fine.

The problem is that www.USPS.com won't accept any special characters. I am stumped as to what to do next.
