It could be an absent ledge over the window that causes the trouble also but I'd have to see. I'd love to visit but it's a long swim.
*sigh* shame it's such a long swim. i'm going to ask a friend of mine to take a look though, i hope he knows something about windows, he seems to know everything else. i will take some photos tomorrow, as well.
