i've been a vegetarian since early 1994. i don't buy leather and do my best not to buy products that animal test.

i used to be vegan, but developed an allergy to wheat, of all silly things, which made things complicated. i mostly eat cage free eggs and try to drink milk from farms that treat the animals well - horizon lets them wander around and do cow things, btw.

i'm a big fan of quorn. i love their vegetarian roast! my husband eats a lot of burgers from both morningstar farms and boca, and my non-veg relatives love morningstar farms veggie sausages and riblets.

btw, yves has a great canadian bacon my non veg friends love to fry up, and i like fakin' bacon, although i admit it isn't that close to real bacon. still makes a wicked blt, though
