I would take it as a signal that we are finally arriving at the maturity of ebooks, when we can get something of Isaac Asimov's non fiction science books. As an example I would love to see Quasar, Quasar, Burning Bright available as an ebook.

And for a real challenge: Asimov's Biographical Encyclopedia of Science and Technology, 3D Ed

Now that would be a good sign!
