rbburst from rbmake on sourceforge.net, RbDisintegrator.exe from BookDesigner available here and/or RB2Project from eBook Technologies.

All these will extract the .html and images (B&W) used to create the .rb. From there, convert them to your desired book format(s)...

If you are comfortable with command line programs and would like to convert a lot of .rb files to .html, then I would recommend rbburst.
