i'm so sorry tirsales.

i have similar problems with my current flat, and it's really frustrating and annoying. i hope you can manage to fix it up as soon as possible, taking care of the most obvious things first perhaps. i hope to make up for it at least the rent is not too high and the neighborhood is good and covenient.
