I wouldn't worry much about it.
But if you think you might have trouble with it, the best test would be handling a real device for a few minutes to see how you react.
Sadly, it can be hard to find a device to make this test depending on where you live.

I think it's still the Netherlands, though, most newspapers and such seem to disagree... (especially the weather people!) And I don't know anybody with an e-ink device (actually, my collegue who is interested is waiting for me to buy one
)
