The actor is Daniel Day-Lewis. At first I thought it was The Last of the Mohicans, but the actress didn't look the same. Then I thought it might have been The Unbearable Lightness of Being, but Daniel was much younger when he made that one. My Left Foot is out because the girl is much younger than the women in that one.
Ballad of Jack and Rose? I have not see that one yet, so I'm not quite sure.
