I've never had a problem with paypal or my bank. I use them about 3 times a month I think, I've received money and refunds to my paypaly account about 5 times.

have it linked to both my bank account and my credit card, whenever I have to log into paypal its over a HTTPS connection on my WPA wifi or Ethernet connection. people who log in on unsecure computers are just Naive and silly.

Make purchases at Home, on your computer, to be even safer make an Ubuntu Linux usb key and boot up from that to access your bank accounts. and make purchases. that is if you cant trust your own computer
