I have his Pendragon set also in Audio and mobipocket. But I'm not sure what contract him or his publishers have with Amazon. I've sent a question to him regard such, and hope to hear from him soon.

The last pbook I bought was, I think, the last couple books in either the Phule or Myth series by Robert Asprin. I will buy no more pbooks if I can help it, as I have literally no room for them.

Hopefully the Amazon deal will end soon and we will see more formats.
