clearly you just don't have the *right* summer dresses. i would recommend you keep looking, but given the weather, there is probably no point...

It's also known, in the UK at least, as heat rash. It's an annoying, incredibly incredibly itchy rash that is apparently caused by pores getting blocked leading to an inability to sweat properly. It's apparently a lot more common in hot & humid conditions. However, as I get it only on exposure to the sun, and on areas that tend not to sweat, I think it's something else - maybe I'm just allergic to the sun
icky, sounds very annoying ! i don't get that, i just get an odd reaction which is not sunburn but definitely some kind of reaction to the sun, more like when your skin gets irritated by a cream which it doesn't like. maybe i'm allergic to the sun as well. apparently you can be.

I can seriously empathise with the woozy bit, although I tend not to faint. Thankfully.
i don't always faint, but even the woozy bit is unpleasant. the worst is when it's hot but not necessarily humid, and then you go into a store which is using one of those portable air conditioners which make the air more humid as they are cooling it (i have no idea how they work exactly, but i really hate them). those things can drop me within 5 minutes or so if i don't go back outside.
