It's not entirely up to Sony, as they don't have full control of the content -- the content
owners do, in this case that mostly means the publishers. I think they've been fussing with them about getting the fonts adjusted appropriately, which would mean that it's not really a matter of Sony not asking, but rather the pubs not giving.
