I have a distinct memory that the people in the fairly early 50s were in the majority last time.
Incidentally, when I used to teach questionnaire design I warned my students against your sort of poll design. Which band are the people aged exactly 30, 40 or 50 meant to check?
It should be 20-29; 30-39 etc.
