I agree with Jon.
If the picture doesn't show the screen of the device in hand (blank or with text doesn't matter) and doesn't say that the screen image is simulated, you aren't getting a fair representation.
It may look better, it may look worse, it may be indistinguishable; but if it's not showing the real screen you aren't getting the information you need.
