An update - Soho has confirmed that they are converting all their catalog (that they still own the rights to) to ebooks - unfortunately only Kindle for now.

Due to the mishap with the agent (mentioned in the previous post), Soho does not have the ebook rights to the Cotterill books - we may have to wait for those until the agent question gets settled.
