I had a problem once when I bought something from eBay that was not exactly as advertised. It was a used Rio Karma that was advertised like new. The seller said he GF put up the auction. But after going round and round with the seller, I just got fed up and contacted PayPal. I was refunded my money and I didn't even have to give the Rio Karma to them or to the seller.
