The only job I can think of where that phrase would be appropriate is in a theater company.

I hate it when suits use buzz words and phrases. The ones that were popular (and really used in a nearly meaningless manner) when I left the corporate world was "synchronicity" and "a good fit."

If you like your job, then I hope that it just means they are giving you something entirely new to do.
