How does that apply to epub files? I guess you misunderstood me - I'm interested in epub output. Please fix it. And btw, thank you for your patience and being so helpful!
Ah, just tried to convert to MOBI with the "disable the TOC" option on. And again the same thing - the book cover,
the ToC (yep!) and then the text. I 'd like just the cover and the text and nothing in between. So I think the option is not working properly.
