Here's a new version:

If you tried disabling threading before I would re-enable it and see if it's more stable.

This adds the jobs window to allow you to see progress of the conversion and view log files for each entry. After the conversion is complete, bring up the context menu in the job window for the item and select "Log". This should bring up the log in a new tab. These are stored in a db and when you remove them from the job view they are deleted.

It's crude, but works, I'll improve it over time.
