Yes I was aware of this. I never keep any money in my PayPal Account and they just call down from my bank account. They do send me an email whenever a transaction occurs so I am aware of exactly what is happening.
Also my Bank tracks my account usage and last time I made an out of character paypal transaction (it was smaller than normal @ $1.99) they called me to confirm I had authorised the transaction.
