Actually, for holding the doors to the washer and dryer open. I have front load machines, and both the doors tend to keep closing when I am trying to load and unload them.

So, I got this idea of screwing an eyebolt into the wall, and then hooking a bungie into it, wrapping around the door, and then back to the eyebolt. Because the pressure will be up and down on the bolt, it shouldn't tend to pull it out of the wall (of course if I can find two convenient studs -- and I don't mean of the male persuasion -- I mean wooden ones, that won't be a problem).

I finished painting the pantry. Now I'm trying to get everything organized, and I've been doing a lot of laundry (as I pack away all of my winter clothing), so this door thing has been driving me bonkers.
