hello! I just upgraded to the 0.6beta10 from the 0.5 series. I have replaced my prior usage of html2epub in scripts with ebook-convert, and there are some changes to the formatting with the new command, and I'd like to get the formatting behavior as close to 0.5 as possible.

So far I've noticed:

1) ebook-convert is automatically adding page breaks in various places that html2epub didn't. Is there a way to stop this from happeneng? It seems like the "--page-breaks-before=" might apply, what was this set to in 0.5?

2) How do I stop ebook-convert from automatically adding a cover page with the Calibre logo and the text "Produced by calibre 0.6.0b10"?
