Dear Elsi:

You made a good decision. I could NOT find an ad in the paper for the EZ Reader any of the three days. I did find it at $239 on frys.com. It was the biggest mess I have ever seen and I am trying to get to the bottom of it.

Let me see if I can do something to make it up to everyone. Right now I need to talk with FRY's.
