You haven't been around in Germany alot, right? Outsourcing is very common over here, and you get used to it. And I'm not talking about outsourcing to foreign countries, but outsourcing and the side effect of pseudo self-employed ex-employees who work for lower wages than before and have cover all the social insurances themselves.

And you don't have to fire an employee just because you're about to outsource one project.

So - from Bookeen's viewpoint - outsourcing to the Ucraine e.g. might indeed make some sense.
