Clearly we know how to create the Table of Contents link, so I'm looking into calibre's Mobipocket generation source and a few Mobipocket files to see if I can work out how to get the other links to show up as well. Once that's done,
ebook-convert will be clearly superior to
mobigen in every worthwhile respect. If anybody has any information that would come in handy, I'd greatly appreciate it.
