But I don't think this is being worked on. At least no one has said that it is being created for the Sony Reader. And we have had reports that the existing versions don't stay in place well on the Reader because of fit.
The good news is most likely all about the other light that was originally reported at MobileRead -- the clip on light that clips to the case at the top, and has a flexible neck with LED light(s) at the end of the goose neck.
I think that is a really nice light and look forward to seeing it released, but I hope people aren't getting excited with the false hope for the other kind of side light.

Don't know if I understand you correctly, the other light with the flexible neck is already available. I think they are talking about the flat lay on the book version, other wise they wouldn't be telling us to keep an eye on their page....Two of us have received the letter stating it's being worked on. I see the words *clip on* light, well why could they not make this flat wedge into a clip on model, I sure would like to see it sort of on there and not having to hold it down to use it, plus we have the problem of getting to the page turner.... I guess we will have to see.
Maybe we should rewrite them and make it clear which version we are wanting.....
Glad I don't read much at night, although later in the evening in the house, the lights don't work well enough and I need something right on this thing so that I really can see....... My little one light jobber is OK but I wish it had at least two LED's.....
