I've used Calibre for quite a while now and after some initial glitches with my PRS-500 I followed the directions and it's been smooth and wonderful sailing until now.

I just downloaded the latest version of Calibre 0.5.14 and since then my reader won't recognize again. I never use the Sony software -- it's not even installed on my machine anymore. I've unistalled the driver from device mgr and installed the driver from Calibre but it still won't recognize. The PC acknowledges it's installed when I plug in the USB but the Calibre software doesn't. I've reset the Sony reader itself and still nothing. I'm desperate. Going on holiday and want to upload my zillion new books LOL. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
